The Incorporation Process in Logical Steps Choose the name of your company

Your choice of company name should be unique and company names which could be misleading or misconstrued and implying a relationship with another company or organisation should be avoided.

Choose your company structure

Select a registered office

Select your directors

You must decide who will be the directors of your company. Directors are the individuals who are responsible for the company and are ultimately accountable for company performance and compliance with legal requirements and regulations.

You must select the financial year-end for the company and where required identify your contact for accounting purposes.
