The Incorporation Process in Logical Steps Choose the name of your company
Your choice of company name should be unique and company names which could be misleading or misconstrued and implying a relationship with another company or organisation should be avoided.
Choose your company structure
The primary company structures incorporated are Private Limited Companies. Sometimes there are company types, specific to different countries such as: LLP, LLC, DOOEL and others. Choices are often based upon the best possible.
Select a registered office
You must select a registered office for your company. This must be in the country of incorporation. We can provide a registered office facility for your company where required.
Decide who you want to give shares of your company to. The issued share capital is the number of shares you would like to make available to the shareholders in your company.
Select your directors
You must decide who will be the directors of your company. Directors are the individuals who are responsible for the company and are ultimately accountable for company performance and compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
You must select the financial year-end for the company and where required identify your contact for accounting purposes.
It is often beneficial for the purposes of anonymity or to confirm with the regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction to appoint a local director resident in the country where you register you company. Our nominees are Solicitors, Company Secretaries or Chartered accountants acting on your behalf within the limitations set out in your company articles. Local nominees provide a local point of contact for regulatory compliance. In many jurisdictions it is necessary for practical purposes to have a local officer of the company who is able to sign documents or act on your behalf when instructed by the company. A Universal Group solicitor or Company Secretary is able to provide this service to our clients in most jurisdictions either on a one of (setup) or ongoing annual basis where requirements exist.
We provide local accounting services with expertise specific to the jurisdiction in which you choose to base your new company. Pricing can be provided with your initial company registration where required and while we believe this service offers excellent value to our clients, you are of course at liberty to make their own arrangements.
